What actually feels good to you? What makes you feel comfortable? When was the last time you did something just for yourself?
Under the hashtag #selfcare, the commercialized version of mindfulness is everywhere. There are breathing exercises, nutrition tips, resilience trainings, skincare routines, fitness tutorials, and more. An entire industry has grown around the idea of relaxing. Its message: Take care of yourself — so you can be productive again in your overwhelming everyday life!
But beyond journaling and your favorite playlist, don’t we actually need structures that care for us? Communities that support and protect us?
How can self-care become a tool for resistance again?
Sag alles ab! is an invitation to explore — together with the performers — what truly nourishes us, somewhere between cold-water foot baths and Downward-Facing Dog.
