During a two-month residency at HAU Hebbel am Ufer, Pink Valley embarked on an experiment in radical empathy together with a 9th-grade class from Hector-Peterson-Oberschule. The Chilean-German performance collective has long been engaged with this central theme of human interaction. The search for an empathic society inevitably raises questions about our personal and cultural boundaries. Together with the students, Pink Valley explored the topic and its impact on social coexistence in their daily environment.
